It's snowing

Tom has his new three million dollar camera. The good thing is that I can get him to take any picture anytime. Like it was after midnight when I noticed it was snowing, and I said, "You need to take a picture of that," and out he went. He took it without a flash. It is a pretty cool camera.

I was not going to stay up past midnight, but here I am again. Today was day one of organizing my pantry and listening to the Brothers Karamazov, which is fine entertainment. I figure I'll be done about when that book ends.

How industrious of both of you!

I am currently bribing myself to go to bed at night with iTunes rewards. I'm four for four so far, and if I make it to seven nights, I get one of the Bach Cello Suites. (I vetoed the tap-dancing rhinoceros song that my four-year-old voted for.)

How is it that snow is always more inviting in a picture than it is in real life?

Tom's picture is a treasure. So are you.

This is beautiful. I guess winter intends to stay just a little bit longer.

My husband and I chronically go to bed late. Every night at about 10pm I think, I should go get ready for bed. But midnight just rolls around and we're still pittering around. Sometimes I think, "What is our problem?" but mostly I just accept that this is who we are.

THOSE ARE MY TIRE TRACKS! Yes, that means I drove past your house and didn't stop to say hello! I didn't know you'd still be up! I'll do better next time. But seriously, wonderful picture! It helps that you live in suburbia heaven!
